A Note on Habits

Everything went like usual: I forgot to change my lumberjack axe to battle axe, enu forgot to switch rod to her hammer, and eni completely forgot about the soul stone. Just a regular dungeon visit. I wonder how we managed to collect almost all bosses souls with the habits like this.
